1968 Lamborghini Islero
The Lamborghini Islero was the replacement for the Lamborghini 400GT. The car debuted at the 1968 Geneva Auto Show and was named after a Miura bull. The 340 bhp, 3.9L DOHC V-12 engine had six Weber carburetors, a five-speed manual transmission and four-wheel independent suspension.

1969 Lamborghini Islero 16M48310M – sold for $90,750 – This particular car is well-known among Lamborghini enthusiasts, as it was presented in several publications, including The Complete Book of Lamborghini by Pete Lyons and the auto editors of Consumer Guide, where it is pictured on page 26, as well as pages 100 through 105.
