Last year, Pagani unveiled the Huayra R Evo, an open-top, high-performance evolution of the Huayra R, designed for Arte in Pista members—an exclusive club for Pagani’s track-focused clientele. This elite track-driving program, launched in 2021, provides Pagani owners with professional-level support, including engineers, mechanics, and driver coaching at world-class circuits.
Inspired by IndyCar’s Aeroscreen technology and Le Mans prototypes of the ’60s & ’70s, the Huayra R Evo features a long-tail design, improving downforce by 45% and aerodynamic efficiency by 21%. Surprisingly, its open-roof design increases downforce by 5%. The monocoque chassis, made from Carbo-Titanium HP62-G2 and Carbo-Triax HP62, is 38% stiffer without adding weight.
The car is powered by an upgraded V12 engine paired with a 6-speed sequential gearbox developed with HWA AG. It delivers 900 hp at 8,750 rpm and a raised 9,200 rpm redline. A re-engineered double-wishbone suspension and active dampers improve handling, while new Brembo CCM-R carbon-ceramic brakes enhance stopping power. Pirelli P Zero™ Slick tires provide optimal grip.
Listen to the raw sound of its 6.0 liter naturally aspirated V12 engine as the car is pushed to the limit on track!
