VIDEO: The McLaren 675LT Was Meant to Be Sideways All the Time

Experience the raw adrenaline and excitement of the McLaren 675LT in this cool supercar video from our friends at EVO. Jethro Bovingdon puts the McLaren car through its paces on track and it is pretty clear from the beginning that this car loves going sideways. Surprising given that it is a McLaren. Thanks McLaren for making us happy finally.

As a refresher, this is the lightest, most driver-focused, most exclusive series-production McLaren supercar ever built. McLaren drops it’s name in the same sentence as venerable cars like the 1997 McLaren F1 GTR ‘Longtail’ (the ultimate evolution of the Le Mans-winning F1 GTR). That’s a big statement from the folks at McLaren.

Sure it goes sideways, but is the McLaren 675LT a classic? Is it one of the best? Jethro Bovingdon takes one of the fastest and most exciting cars the manufacturer has ever produced and tells us how it stacks up against the best.
