Last week’s Salon Prive supercar show was held for the second time at the Hurlingham Club in London. Almost every modern exotic was shown, including impressive racecars like the 288 GTO Evoluzione, McLaren F1 GTR and 911 GT1.
Our photographer Alan Withoft arrived early to the show and was pleasantly surprised by the impressive lineup. He captured a ton of pictures which have now become this week’s feature gallery.
Over the weekend, Fernando Alonso won the European Grand prix and Porsche dominated the Mid-Ohio ALMS, but our top story is Nobuhiro Tajima’s recording breaking run up Pikes Peak. To recognize the feat, we now include his megalomaniacal Suzuki XL7 Pikes Peak.
We finish with a trio of tuned supercars: this Roush Mustang 427R Trak Pak, this AC Schnitzer Cooper S and this speedART BTR-XL 600. If we had to pick, our choice would be Roush’s new Mustang which offers comprehensive upgrade package at a good price point.
