In the inaugural post on T’s Corner, I had committed to sharing some of my experiences at the race track.
Here is a compilation of short clips featuring my Nissan GT-R @ Area 27 on June 14, 2020. Footage recorded and edited by Wayne Y. This is a draft, and a final version with some added effects will be released by Wayne shortly.
Lapping event hosted by August Luxury Motorcars located in Kelowna, BC Canada.
Myself and a few other track day enthusiasts from Calgary will be visiting Area 27 again in September, where we will be linking up with the August group and Velocity Autosports for two more events.
I’m eager to return to the track with the knowledge and experience gained from the previous day and from some of the other drivers. There are things that I will be doing differently from the last time out, with the goal of achieving faster and more consistent lap times. It will be a great way to close off the season and inject another dose of fun during these extraordinary times.
