From a childhood illness that threatened to alter the path of his life, and including letters and tapes he sent home to his family in New Zealand the 90-minute film traces the McLaren story to final success as a Can-Am and Grand Prix constructor.
The film makes extensive use of fascinating period footage and features contributions from Bruce’s wife Patty, Emerson Fittipaldi, Alastair Caldwell, Chris Amon, VR columnist Howden Ganley, Mario Andretti, Dan Gurney, Lothar Motschenbacher and Sir Jackie Stewart.
