Fans of the Mercedes SLC Rejoice!
The Mercedes-Benz SLC Final Edition is now available for people to begin placing orders in the UK. The car is a special edition of the SLC and features some of the car’s best features as well as some unique offerings. The SLC is a special car and the Final Edition is a step above.
The standard equipment for the model, according to Carscoops, includes 18-inch five-spoke alloys, Airscarf Night package, heated seats, rain-sensing wipers, smartphone integration with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Garmin sat-nav, Parktronic, and the Memory package that includes adjustable seats and steering column.
A Harman Kardon sound system is fitted for the AMG 43 only. Mercedes will also gild the car with a special Sun Yellow paint if you want it. Options for the car include a Final Edition Premium package. This adds a reversing camera, Comand Online infotainment system, Mirror package, a panoramic roof, LED lights, and a wind deflector.
The SLC 200 and SLC 300 get a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that makes 181 hp (SLC 200) or 241 hp (SLC 300). The AMG 43 model gets a Biturbo 3.0-liter V6 engine that makes 385 hp and 384 lb-ft of torque. The AMG model can do a quick 0-62 mph sprint in 4.7 seconds and has a top speed of 155 mph. The SLC 200 gets a six-speed manual. The SLC 300 and AMG 43 get a 9-speed automatic.
Prices are £37,120 ($48,831) for the SLC 200 version and go up from there. The SLC AMG 43 starts at £49,855 ($65,585). Deliveries will begin in the Spring of 2020.
