With the Detroit, SEMA and Los Angeles shows not too far on the horizon, several new American cars will be revealed in the coming weeks. The most immediate of these is Hennessey’s new Camaro Convertible. This is the LS9-equipped package with a 755 bhp version of the Corvette ZR1’s engine.
Dodge have announced their intentions for the 2011 Dodge Charger which includes a new AWD drivetrain for the R/T with an economy mode that can disconnect power to the front wheels. All V8 and V6 models get the same styling update which includes a new full-width rear taillight.
We finish with Roush’s new supercharger package for the Mustang 5.0. This twin-screw unit raises the standard 412 bhp to 525 bhp and Roush have made a new graphics package to go along.
