The Ferrari 812 Superfast was introduced at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show. It debuted as the company’s fastest front-engined, V12 powered GT Car.
The Superfast carries a new 6.5-litre V12 engine that delivers an astounding 789 hp at 8,500 rpm and a maximum torque of 718 Nm at 7,000 rpm. The V12 engine is still located at the mid-front making the car even more unique in the already crowded market and sets it apart from other luxury GT cars. The car can reach speeds of 340 km/h and can go 0-100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds.
This 2019 Ferrari 812 Superfast being auctioned on Collecting Cars is a low-mileage example of the marque’s impressive and incredibly fast ‘super-GT’, showcased in the classic Ferrari color scheme. It is equipped with a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 engine, delivering 789bhp and 530lb-ft of torque to the rear wheels through a seven-speed F1 dual-clutch transmission with paddle shift.
The attention-grabbing 812 Superfast is finished in the popular Rosso Corsa color with recessed ‘Scuderia Ferrari’ wing shields. It also features a black roof panel and door mirror covers, an iconic Italian Tricolore stripe running along the entire length of the car, and various lightweight carbon-fiber components such as front winglet spoilers, bumper insert, side skirts, and rear bumper trims, as well as the lower section of the rear diffuser.
Inside, the cabin is adorned with black leather upholstery complemented by red accents and stitching. It boasts ‘Daytona’ seats and attractive aluminum trim inlays. The car rides on 20-inch forged alloy wheels, housing Giallo brake calipers with carbon-ceramic discs, and fitted with Pirelli P Zero tires.
Notable factory-fitted features include front and rear parking assistance with cameras, heated and electrically adjustable Daytona-style seats with three-position driver’s memory, launch control, switchable driving modes via the Manettino dial, voice control, dual-zone climate control, suspension lift, passenger display, adaptive headlights with SBL functionality, and a digital dashboard with satellite navigation. Additionally, the car has been fitted with an aftermarket Novitec exhaust system, and the original suspension has been set to its lowest ride height setting.
