Unveiled in October 2016 to commemorate Ferrari’s 70th anniversary, the LaFerrari Aperta is an ultra-exclusive variant of the legendary LaFerrari hypercar. Limited to just 210 examples worldwide—of which only 200 were delivered to Ferrari’s most dedicated clientele—the Aperta shares the same cutting-edge hybrid powertrain as its coupe counterpart.
At its heart is a 6.3-liter V12 producing 789 horsepower, paired with a 161-horsepower electric motor, delivering a combined output of 950 horsepower and 663 lb-ft of torque. This incredible power allows the Aperta to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.4 seconds and hit 125 mph in under 7 seconds, with a top speed of 217.5 mph.
This particular LaFerrari Aperta is finished in the timeless Rosso Corsa over a Nera Alcantara interior. While factory customization options were limited, this example features several sought-after upgrades, including the carbon-look hardtop, carbon fiber exterior components, large racing seats, a telemetry package, a track camera system, and front and rear suspension lifters.
It has covered fewer than 1,500 miles from new and has been meticulously maintained, accompanied by a complete service history. The hybrid battery has also been recently tested and remains in excellent health. Now offered for sale through RM Sotheby’s, this LaFerrari Aperta would be a crown jewel in any premier car collection.
