McLaren
McLaren is a British automotive manufacturer of sports cars which are designed and developed in-house. The company traces its roots from the Formula One motor racing team founded by Bruce McLaren in 1963. The McLaren Formula One team is one of the most successful motor racing teams in the history of the sport, second only to Ferrari. By 1992, the company built their first road-going car, the McLaren F1, which became the world’s fastest production car in 1998. The company went on to produce some really great limited edition supercars like the McLaren P1 (a plug-in hybrid sports car), McLaren 650S, McLaren Speedtail, and the soon-to-be released McLaren GT.
