The Tempesta package, priced at around $180,000, enhances existing Pagani Huayras with aerodynamic and weight-saving upgrades to elevate performance. It includes a redesigned underbody, front splitter, and rear diffuser for increased downforce.
Four-way adjustable Ohlins shock absorbers manage the added downforce, while new, lightweight aeronautic-grade aluminum alloy wheels (20 inches in the front, 21 inches in the rear) reduce weight by 1.1 kilograms in the front and 2.5 kilograms in the rear without compromising strength. Additionally, the package incorporates a titanium exhaust system weighing just seven kilograms, three kilograms lighter than the standard exhaust.
These enhancements complement the Huayra’s remarkable performance. Featuring a 6.0-liter twin-turbocharged V-12 engine from Mercedes-AMG, it delivers 720 brake horsepower and an impressive 1,000 Newton-meters of torque. The Huayra’s active aerodynamics, with four independently adjustable flaps at each corner of the car, further optimize performance by adapting to the car’s speed, lateral acceleration, steering angle, and throttle position, offering reduced drag, increased downforce, or enhanced stability as needed.
