Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato Speedster and Shooting Brake

It was only last year that we saw the debuts of the incredibly beautiful Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato coupe and drop-top Volante, and now Aston Martin is looking to include 2 new members to to the family. The company just unveiled today the Vanquish Zagato Speedster and Shooting Brake, and they are just absolutely, gorgeous.

You need to know though these two will come as limited edition cars, with only 28 Speedsters and 99 Shooting Brakes to be made, which brings the total count of Vanquish Zagato to up to 325 cars by the time its production ends next year. Unfortunately though, all the Speedsters are now sold out, but you may still be able to get a Shooting Brake if you act quickly.

The Speedster and the Shooting Brake are still based off the Vanquish S. This means that they will also get to have a 5.9-liter 580-hp V12 and an eight-speed automatic gearbox. Carbon fiber is still going be to used for the body of each model. The new models will also sport special design touches penned by Italan design house Zagato which also includes “bladed’” LED taillights and three-dimensional Zagato Z logo in the front grille and rear vents.

What’s definitely more interesting between the two models is the Shooting Brake. It’s a 2-seater car which features an extended roof that bears the signature of Zagato double-bubble design. The shooting brake has glass inlays to give more light into the cabin. there is also a sculptural roof that culminates in a powered tailgate.

Aston Martin also released a couple of photos of the Vanquish Zagato Volante in its production form.

The Vanquish Zagato family will be completely presented to the public this week at the 2017 Monterey Car Week in California. Stay tuned for more updates!
