Throughout its history, Saab has produced a number of vehicles and is noted for using the number 9 for naming their model, starting with the Saab 92 which was their first production model launched in 1949 to their final models the Saab 9-3 and 9-5. Saleen

Saleen is an American manufacturer of specialty high-performance sports cars and high-performance automotive parts based in California, USA. The company’s flagship model was the Saleen S7, which they introduced in 2000. The Saleen S7 was designed and developed by Saleen and features a mid-engine design in a high-performance supercar package. Saleen currently manufactures the S302 (Mustang-based), a Ford F-150-based Saleen Sportruck and Saleen S1.

Sbarro is a Swiss low volume high-performance replica and sports car manufacturer founded by Franco Sbarro in 1971. The first Sbarro car offered by the company was a replican of the Lola T70. Scarab

Scarab was an American sports car and open-wheel race car constructor from the United States. Scarab cars were designed and built by Tom Barnes and Dick Troutman. The Scarab Mk. I Scarab Mk. II was considered to be extremely famous and successful in the late 1950s. These two cars dominated the competition in the 1958 Riverside Grand Prix despite being built by a small and newly established group of people and in a small amount of time.

Scion

Scion was an automobile marque launched by Toyota in 2003. Scion cars were designed to grab the interest of younger customers. The brand emphasized in developing sport compact vehicles that have inexpensive and stylish design. The cars were first launched in the US in 2003 and expanded to Canada in 2010. However, because of the dwindling sales of the brand, Scion was shut down by Toyota in 2017 with some of its models re-branded as Toyota vehicles.

Shelby

Shelby American was established by Carroll Shelby in 1962. Most famous for their successful campaigns in the motorsport industry. Shelby built the Shelby Daytona Coupe which successfully competed in the GT class of the 1964 and 1965 World Sportscar Championship seasons. The car also finished first in class at the 1964 24 Hours of Le Mans and achieved the first title for an American constructor in the World Sportscar Championship in 1965. The company further gained recognition for their partnership with Ford from 1965 to 1967. Shelby assisted Ford in developing the Ford GT40 which clinched the championship at the 1966 24 Hours of Le with a 1-2-3 finish.

Simca

Simca was a French automaker established in 1934 by Henri Théodore Pigozzi. The company has been affiliated with Fiat since its inception. Simca found tremendous success as an automobile manufacturer after the second World War. It was one of the biggest automobile manufacturers in France at that time with some of its cars having won the coveted European Car of the Year title, particularly the Simca 1307 and Simca Horizon, in 1976 and 1978 respectively. The Simca 1100 also became the best-selling car in France in the 1960s. By 1978, the company became a subsidiary and a brand of Chrysler Europe which ended Simca’s run as an independent company
