Overview
In the echelons of hypercar royalty, Koenigsegg's creations consistently blur the lines between art and engineering, fantasy and reality. The Koenigsegg Jesko, named in honor of the founder’s father, Jesko von Koenigsegg, is a testament to this legacy—a hypercar that combines heart-stopping performance with technical brilliance, pushing the boundaries of what's possible on four wheels.
At the heart of the Jesko lies a marvel of automotive engineering: a 5.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine that's capable of producing up to 1,600 horsepower when fueled with E85 biofuel, and around 1,280 horsepower on standard gasoline. This powerhouse is coupled with Koenigsegg's revolutionary Light Speed Transmission (LST), a 9-speed multiclutch system that defies traditional automotive concepts, offering near-instantaneous gear changes and unrivaled performance efficiency.
The Jesko is a sculpture in motion, designed with a deep understanding of aerodynamics. Its striking bodywork is not just visually captivating; every curve and angle serves a purpose, sculpting the air to the car’s advantage, creating downforce levels up to 1,400 kg at high speeds. This ensures exceptional stability and handling, allowing the Jesko to corner with unprecedented speed and confidence.
The Jesko is built to shatter records, engineered to deliver a driving experience that’s as exhilarating as it is awe-inspiring. Its theoretical top speed is a number so high it challenges the very limits of today's road car capabilities. While the exact top speed remains a subject of much anticipation, the car's design and specifications suggest it's aiming to exceed the 300 mph threshold, a feat that would place it in an elite club of ultra-high-speed vehicles.
Koenigsegg doesn’t just innovate; it revolutionizes. The Jesko is packed with cutting-edge technology, from its advanced aerodynamics, including the largest front and rear wings ever seen on a Koenigsegg, to its sophisticated active chassis and Triplex suspension system. The car's interior is a testament to luxury and technology harmoniously blended, with a high-tech infotainment system, digital displays, and connectivity features that ensure the driving experience is as comfortable as it is thrilling.
True to Koenigsegg’s philosophy, the Jesko is a rare gem, with production numbers extremely limited, making each unit a bespoke masterpiece. The level of customization available to owners is extraordinary, allowing for personalized touches that reflect the individual’s style and preferences. Every aspect of the Jesko speaks of the meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail for which Koenigsegg is renowned.
The Koenigsegg Jesko represents the pinnacle of what is currently possible, while also pushing forward the boundaries for the future of high-performance vehicles.

Did You Know?
The Jesko is named after Christian von Koenigsegg's father, Jesko von Koenigsegg. It's a touching tribute and highlights the personal connection behind this car.
The Jesko's flat-plane crank V8 is the world's lightest V8 crankshaft used in a production car, weighing just 12.5 kg. This helps it rev higher and deliver power more quickly.
Its 9-speed multi-clutch transmission is dubbed the 'Light Speed Transmission' (LST). It's designed to shift gears so rapidly it feels near-instantaneous.
"I knew it would be fast, but the way it accelerates is almost impossible to comprehend."

Koenigsegg Jesko Models & Variants
The Jesko Attack is the high-downforce, default version of the Jesko. This variant has a large rear-wing and a large carbon fiber front splitter that Koenigsegg claims to generate 800 kg (1,764 lb) of downforce at 249 km/h (155 mph), 1,000 kg (2,205 lb) at 275 km/h (171 mph) and 1,400 kg (3,086 lb) at its top speed. the Jesko Absolut is a high speed version of the Jesko. The rear wing on the Jesko Attack is replaced by two rear fins which enable a reduction in downforce.
