6 Hours of Silverstone 2014
Today, Anthony Davidson, Nicolas Lapierre and Sébastien Buemi won the coveted Tourist Trophy at the 6 Hours of Silverstone by piloting their Toyota TS040 Hybrid to an overall victory.
With the #7 car just behind, a Toyota 1-2 was shared by a single Porsche team on the podium. The typically dominant Audi team completely retired due to accidents.
The race was cut short from rain, which left the Team Porsche Manthey RSRs in the lead ahead of the charging Ferraris and Astons in the GTE class.
