It happened again! Just like Phil (Bill Murray) in Groundhog Day, I go to sleep every night hoping that things will somehow be different come daylight. But they never are. I jump out of bed each morning to my own story’s version of “I Got You Babe” voice-mails, emails and text messages, all about new old cars being discovered. And that has become a major problem; because as you almost certainly know by now, my willpower gauge is forever pegged on zero.
Not too long ago my good friend from Greece, Alex Vazeos, emailed singing the song…“Mark, there are three cars needing restoration hiding in garages that are sisters to mine. One car is without an engine; the second is largely intact but no one knows exactly where it is; and the third, the nicest and most complete example, is owned by a dear friend.”
