March Cars was created in 1969 by a quartet of Englishmen with a shared vision to construct racing cars for customers in a variety of categories, and within a year the new marque was celebrating its first Formula One success. March went on to become the world’s largest racing car manufacturer and win five consecutive Indy 500s before fading gradually away.

Fans of March racing cars may already know of this site, but for anyone who doesn’t, here you can find almost anything about March Cars with a few well-placed clicks of your mouse.

On the home page there’s a list along the left side that will take you to a History of the marque in both text and photographs, a list of Chassis Types, a Questionnaire for March owners, an Album for finding March-related articles and photographs, a list of relevant Links and a discussion Forum, as well as the imaginatively titled “Marchandise” where team gear and badges can be purchased.

The history is of the overview variety and focused mainly on F1, with much of the history March wrote in the lesser formulae during its early years apparently omitted, although the sitemasters do acknowledge that research is ongoing. So take a look and expand your knowledge of this important marque.
