A few hours before next June’s start of the 80th running of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the morning air at le Circuit de la Sarthe will once again be filled with the sounds of Group C cars as Motor Racing Legends organizes its annual support race for the vaunted prototypes that feature largely in the rich history of the annual French endurance classic.
“While we like to pick a different era for the Le Mans Legend each year,” comments Duncan Wiltshire of Motor Racing Legends, “there is no doubt that Group C cars have a huge following and provide some tremendously exciting on-track battles for the hundreds of thousands of Le Mans spectators.”
