Car Of The Day: 2011 Ferrari SP30 Berlinetta

Originally commissioned by an Indian industrialist residing in the UAE, the Ferrari SP30 is one of the more elusive models from Ferrari’s Special Projects lineup. Built on the 599 GTO’s chassis and drivetrain, the SP30 showcases a one-of-a-kind body design.

It features 458 Italia headlights and 599 taillights for road legality, along with winglets and aerodynamic elements reminiscent of the 599 XX. Its sculpted bonnet also seems to have inspired the later F12tdf.

The car is finished in striking Rosso Fuoco paint with contrasting black carbon fiber accents and unique wheels. Inside, the SP30 continues the custom theme with grey Alcantara covering the 599 GTO-sourced seats, dashboard, and door panels. Red carbon fiber trim and accents mirror the exterior, and the lack of carpeting emphasizes its performance focus.

Powered by a V12 engine producing 661 bhp and capable of reaching 208 mph, the SP30 offers supercar performance. A parcel shelf and a boot with custom-fitted luggage reflect its grand touring capabilities, balancing power and practicality.
