DMC Exotic Car Tuning Limited recently unveiled the world’s first aerodynamic package for the brand-new Lamborghini Revuelto, which has been seeing customer deliveries for only a few months now, so for DMC to get their hands on an actual customer car and to have a large rear wing available already is an amazing feat, and what’s even more impressive, their press release mentions an ECU tuning option to raise power by 100hp, from the factory standard 1,015hp to 1,115 hp, and get this, DMC is even planning a Stage 2 and a Stage 3 tuning, as this one is only Stage 1.
DMC calls their new Revuelto package the Molto Veloce, or MV packaged, in line with their initial aerodynamic package for the Lamborghini Aventador many years ago. While the rear wing on the Aventador Molto Veloce was inspired by the beautiful unit on the Murciélago Super Veloce, for the Revuelto Molto Veloce rear wing, DMC took inspiration from the Aventador SVJ unit, finished in carbon fiber, either matt or glossy. I have to admit, it does look good on the new Lamborghini Revuelto.
According to the press release from DMC, the German engineers developed the rear wing using wind tunnel software, ensuring it is CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and wind-pressure optimized, furthermore, it is TÜV certified, having undergone extensive crash tests in a German laboratory to prove its splitter safety and overall structural integrity, and it comes in two different versions, one without a central strut allowing it to be fitted on top of the original Revuelto rear wing, hence keeping the active part where the rear wing raises at speed.
But there is also a second version available with central support that makes it look a lot more aggressive, and more in style with the Aventador SVJ inspiration, but that will require the original active rear wing to be de-activated, and we remember from the Aventador, that might cause an error light on the dashboard, the Raging Bull doesn’t like it’s rear wing to not be able to rise it seems. But it doesn’t end there when it comes to the DMC Revuelto Molto Veloce aero kit, they also offer front side skirts, a rear diffuser for optimal performance, carbon fiber side mirrors, and a carbon fiber front fascia to get that cohesive look from front to rear on your customized Revuelto.
And then DMC comes up with a new exhaust system, a lightweight Stainless Steel Exhaust system from ZESAD GmbH in Germany. Known for their meticulous engineering and uncompromising quality, ZESAD exhaust systems enhance the vehicle’s sound profile and performance. The system is designed to reduce weight while improving exhaust flow, resulting in a more responsive throttle and an exhilarating driving experience that amplifies the natural roar of the Lamborghini V12 engine.
But get this, the press release does mention prices for the various parts, but in Bitcoin, that’s … innovative let’s say. The complete Molto Veloce Stage 1 kit will set you back 0.4 BTC (about $25,500 at the time of writing), while the rear wing alone is priced at half of that, so 0.2 BTC or $12,750. The stainless steel ZESAD exhaust system is listed at 0.12 BTC or $7,800 while the power increase Chip Performance Upgrade is set at 0.06 BTC or just over $3,800.
