The Lamborghini Veneno is a limited-edition supercar produced by Italian automaker Lamborghini in 2013. It was built to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Lamborghini company and was based on the Aventador platform.
With a maximum output of 750 hp coming from its naturally aspirated 6.5-litre V-12 engine, the Veneno accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds and the top speed for this street-legal racing car stands at 355 km/h. It is priced at three million Euros plus tax – and all three units have already been sold to customers.
By 2014, Lamborghini introduced a roadster version of the Veneno. Its performance still remains the same despite being 50kg heavier. Only nine examples were made with each of them immediately being sold before the car was officially unveiled.
For those who are looking to acquire this coveted rarity, SBX Cars, a global premium car auction platform owned and operated by Supercar Blondie, is scheduled to auction a 2015 Lamborghini Veneno Roadster on April 18.
This Veneno Roadster is finished in black with Verde accents over a Verde/Nero interior. Although the listing doesn’t tell much about the car, this example has been driven sparingly and is well-maintained with just It has covered 1,778 km (about 1,108 mi). Take note though that the car is located in Dubai.
