The Programme Cover Project

One of the many wonderful things about the internet is that it provides the ability for people from around the globe to share their respective passions. In the case of this month’s Web site, it is the artwork which adorns the covers of race event programs.

This site’s charter is simple, scan and post the covers of as many of the world’s race programs as possible. Organized by track or major event, the site currently displays the covers from over 1010 race programs featured at over 140 circuits. Whether you’re interested in programs from the first Brooklands event or the 24-Hours of Daytona, this site likely has it in full color.

For those with program collections of their own, the site’s Webmaster requests that you scan and submit your program covers. There is absolutely nothing commerical about this site, just a lot of people working together to preserve a little piece of racing history.
