The combination of Stirling Moss and the Rob Walker Ferrari 250 SWB were near unstoppable in British GT racing in the early ’60s. Here, Moss can be seen drifting Chassis #2119 during practice for the Peco Trophy at Brands Hatch in 1961. Moss shared this car with Mike Parkes who would ultimately win the race with it.

Having never been one with the inherent ability to remember all the changes, subtle and otherwise, a particular make or model of car (even a Ferrari) has undergone, I always need a memorable analogy to create a framework for this mental task. For the Ferrari 250GT, it’s soup!
