The Lamborghini Countach was introduced into the world over 50 years ago, the original yellow prototype was first shown in 1971 already, just imagine the impression onlookers had when confronted with this edge design, featuring the upward opening scissor doors that would become a Lamborghini trademark for their V12 flagship model ever since the Countach. These days a Lamborghini Countach is a very expensive car, even the most produced model, the 1988 25th Anniversary edition of which over 600 units were built, will demand around $500,000 these days, with the earlier LP400 model, the original ‘narrow-body’ model that didn’t have the wide wheel arches nor the rear wing yet, will set you back well into the seven figures roam.
