It’s Such a Perfect Shape
The Lotus Esprit lived a long and wonderful life, and today it’s often regarded as one of the best supercars of its time. The car was made from the mid-1970s to the early 2000s. If you haven’t owned one, here’s your chance. The car you see here is a 1989 Lotus Esprit SE and it’s for sale at Bring A Trailer.
This car is powered by a mid-mounted turbocharged 2.2-liter inline four-cylinder engine mated to a five-speed manual transmission. The car comes with staggered-diameter wheels, a removable sunroof panel, air conditioning, and a cassette stereo. It is painted Calypso Red and features a beautiful tan leather interior.
The car features the SE front fascia, rear spoiler, and side skirts. There are Factory OZ racing wheels that are 15-inch up front and 16-inch in the rear. A new set of Toyo Proxes R888R tires were mounted in 2020.
There are only about 18,000 miles on the car. The seller is offering it for sale with service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Georgia title in the seller’s name. At the time of this writing, bidding is only up to $10,250. There are five days left on this auction.
