1983 Porsche 959 Gruppe B
The idea for 959 was born as early as 1983 when this so-called Guppe B prototype was displayed at Frankfurt Motor Show. In 1987 they finally built the 959.
The reason for building this car was to take part in Groupe B rally championship. But it was closed before the final version of 959, so they only built it as a road car.
