1967 Porsche 911 Targa
In 1967 Porsche offered their version of a open-air 911 known as the Targa. It initially featured a stainless-steel wrapped roll bar with a vinyl soft top which was replaced in later year with a glass window. The setup was inspired by the Triumph TR250 Surrey top and used a similar removable roof panel.

1968 Porsche 911 2.0 Soft-Window Targa 11880094. The fine 911 Targa offered here was completed on May 1th, 1968 at the Zuffenhausen Porsche factory. The new sports car was attractively finished in Sand Beige over a Beige Leatherette interior, and was fitted with the optional wood steering wheel, bumper horns, a mirror on the left hand sunvisor, oil gauge instrumentation, and a desirable Becker Europa radio with loudspeaker and antenna installed. This beautiful example of Porsche’s iconic 911 Soft-Window Targa recently underwent a restoration by marque experts and is presented in beautiful condition throughout.

1968 Porsche 911 Soft Window Targa 11880191. Rare matching numbers, soft window Targa is a California SWB car with very limited ownership. Originally completed on April 30,1968 and destined for United States delivery. Irish Green over Brown leatherette and outfitted at factory with more desirable instruments and an optional oil tank. Early service records dating back to 1970 indicate this cars regularly used and cared for California car.
Recent professional restoration, Porsche specialists commissioned to rebuild the engine and transmission, and repaint bodywork in original Irish Green.
