In this top speed run video courtesy of AutoTopNL, you can see a McLaren GT being pushed to its limits on an unrestricted section of Autobahn as it attempts to reach its top speed. The McLaren GT easily reached and breached the 200 km/h mark and eventually reach 335 km/h (208 mph).
The McLaren GT is the British company’s answer for executives looking for a high performance luxury car. The team focused on creating space and comfort, making cross-country trips and daily driving more enjoyable. The car is also slightly more subdued in terms of design, a good thing for a daily driver. It has a 4.0 litre twin-turbocharged V8 with 600+ horsepower and a sprint to 60 mph in 3.1 seconds.
But the McLaren GT featured in this video, has already had stage 1 tuning, which has increased its output from 620 to 770 horsepower (456 to 566 kilowatts) and 465 to 728 pound-feet (630 to 987 Newton-meters) of torque.
