A 1939 Bugatti 57C took home “Best In Show” top honors at the sixth annual Boca Raton Concours d’ Elegance on Sunday, February 26, 2012. The classic European stunner beat out more than 200 other incredible antique and classic automobile entrants that participated in this year’s Boca Raton, hosted for the sixth consecutive year at the Boca Raton Resort & Club in Boca Raton, Florida.
Other award winners included the “Grand Marshall Award” to a 1929 Duesenberg J LWB Convertible Sedan and a 1965 Ferrari 275 GTB, and “People’s Choice,” awarded to a 1942 Lincoln Continental. Additional big winners included a 1931 Chrysler CD 8 Deluxe Roadster for “Best American Classic,” and a 1932 Rolls Royce Phantom II, which received both the “Chairman’s Award” and “Founder’s Award”. The 1939 Bugatti 57C “Best In Show” honoree was also awarded “Best European Classic.”
