2015 SCG 003C
003C is the race version of Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus’ (SCG) new motorsports-inspired supercar. It uses the same carbon fiber underpinnings as the 003 road car and a similar version of the its twin turbo V6 engine and will be for sale at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show.
Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus is no newcomer to specially-built vehicles. James Glickenhaus is the enthusiastic enthusiast who commissioned Pininfarina to make the P4/5 and then SCG subsequently took a modified version racing in the German-based VLN series.
Now SCG enters a new chapter and joins market of specialty brands within which the 003 will be uniquely road and race certified.
The 003’s chassis is completely race inspired and designed by Paolo Catone and executed by Italian chassis manufacturer ATR.
The twin turbo V6 has been developed by Autotechnica Motori as a bespoke unit.
