2015 Pebble Beach Concours AWESOME Car Gallery
Two weeks ago the 1924/1932 Isotta Fraschini won Pebble Beach and ever since we have been diligently working on our feature gallery.
This year had several impressive special features including a once-in-every-10-years Ferrari special which featured two special classes including Ferrari Preservation and Ferraris in the Pebble Beach Road Races. Unfortately the 2015 Ferrari year was letdown by Laguna Seca who didn’t feature Ferrari as there was no sponsorship money in it for them.
Other one-of classes included Cunninghams, Shelby GT350, duPont and Designs by Carrozzeria Touring which probably had the most impressive entrants of any class.
As with every year, manufacturer’s took advantage of the car week to reveal show cars, many at private parties and then shown throughout the week at various events. This year we saw the BMW 3.0 CSL Hommage R, BMW M4 GTS Concept, Lamborghini Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce Roadster, Aston Martin DB9 GT and the upcoming Ferrari F12 GTO, but with no pictures allowed.
As with past years we have broken up our Pebble Beach gallery by each expertly curated class in the links below.
Pebble Beach is only possible from the talent of people and volunteers that put their passion into it. They do a tremendous job given the resources and limited space available. As an aside, the 100% male jugde list is unbalanced. Maybe if Concours accepted more women, the event could be twice as good:
