2002 Venturi Grand Prix Concept
Venturi have taken new steps to establish themselves in the motorsport industry. The Grand Prix is a race-ready car that relies on Renualt mechanicals. It uses a modified version of the Renault Sport V6 found in the new Clio V6 II. The chassis is supplied from the Venturi Fetish.
With a weight of 850kg, an FIA approved roolbar, a hydropneumatic syspension, carbon brakes and a ground-effect floor pan the Grand Prix is a genuine race car. A production version of the Grand Prix will be available in 2004. Links are already being created with Renault Sport to help maintain a supply of competition-based parts.
