2002 Brabus 6.7 V12 Business Sedan
Based on the Mercedes S 600, Brabus, together with the Swabian coach builder Binz, created the most exclusive & most powerful office on wheels.
To achieve the desired comfort level in the rear compartment, the car’s wheelbase was extended at stretch-limo specialist Binz by 50 centimeters. The increase in wheelbase translates mostly into an abundance of legroom in the rear compartment. Some of the additional space was used for the integration of a partition wall behind the front seats.
The partition wall features a power window made from safety glass and ensures the rear occupants’ privacy. It also provides space for the communication center of the BRABUS Business System and the auxiliary air conditioning unit. An unusual feature in the BRABUS/Binz stretch sedan is the second dashboard with an additional independent Mercedes command system combined with speech control, a TV tuner, a CD changer and navigation system.
The absolute highlight is a 22-inch LCD color screen in 16:9 format that is raised in front of the partition window at the push of a button. It serves either as a monitor for the computer system, gaming console, watching TV or a DVD program.
This office on wheels is equipped with the very latest computer and communication technologies. The nerve center of the system is an especially flat notebook computer housed safely in the trunk in an electrically deployable drawer under the hat rack. The computer was designed especially to withstand the temperature extremes and G-forces often present in a Brabus car.
Ample space for studying files or for the wireless keyboard of the BRABUS computer system is provided by the two wood tables can be deployed electrically from within the center armrest. Electrically operated curtains isolate rear compartment passengers perfectly from the outside world.
The exterior design of the long sedan is elegant, characterized by the stretched body and the understated BRABUS aerodynamic program with front and rear aprons. A highlight visually, are the innovative BRABUS side sills: Integrated lights, activated with the keyless-entry control or with the door handles, illuminate the ground for ease of entering and exiting the car in the dark.
Never before have performance, luxury & integrated computer systems come together which such harmony. Brabus, a leader in Mercedes-Benz tuning have made every technophiles dream come true with the new 2002 Busniess Sedan.
