2001 Brabus C 3.8 S
The displacement increase to 3.8 liters is facilitated by a custom crankshaft with longer stroke, precisely balanced piston rods, larger pistons and corresponding larger piston bore.
The BRABUS engine conversion also includes: custom camshafts, a reworking of the cylinder heads of the V6 with larger inlet and outlet valves, a completely new stainless steel high-performance exhaust system with metal catalysts, and accordingly modified engine electronics.
