Founded in Los Angeles in 2009, Singer is globally renowned for bespoke restorations of Porsche 911 sports cars. Based on 964-series 911s, each car is stripped to its steel unibody, reinforced with welding, and fitted with carbon-fiber panels including the fenders, bumpers, front hood, and rear decklid. The front spoiler, lower rear valance, and rocker panels are composed of black textured urethane.

The Niseko Commission, based on a 1991 Porsche 911 Carrera 2 Targa, comes finished Onyx Green Metallic with a removable targa panel wrapped in Oyster canvas. Exterior options include a hood-centered external fuel filler cap, nickel-plated bumperettes, Champagne Nickel-plated brightwork, staggered-width 17” Fuchs-style forged aluminum wheels with Champagne Nickel spokes, and 24k-gold rear badging.
Inside, light gray leather with woven accents adorn the Recaro seats and door panels. Singer extends the luxury with Nubuck trim on the dash and pillars. Modern conveniences like A/C, power windows, and navigation are included.
This car is powered by a 4.0-liter flat-six engine built by Ed Pink Racing Engines in Los Angeles, delivering 390 horsepower and 315 lb-ft of torque. It drives the rear wheels through a close-ratio six-speed manual transaxle with a limited-slip differential.
