Only the Scuderia Filipinetti, Equipe Gitanes Cigarettes France, Lola was built to accommodate the Ford DFV V8. This singular chassis, Hu06. contested the 1973 World Sports Car Championship with Jean-Louis Lafosse and Reine Wisell as key drivers.
After racing seven rounds of the championship including the 24 hours of Le Mans the car was picked up Jolly Club who continued with the car up until 1977.
