1910→1911 Mercer Series 30
Mercer production began in 1910 in Trenton, New Jersey, USA with the Model 30. It featured a 30HP four-cylinder engine with a L-shaped cylinder head.
The Model 30 successfully launched the company by selling over 791 cars in their first year. The different bodystyle options included the Raceabout, Toy Tonneau and Touring.

The 30 HP engine was sourced from the Beaver Manufacturing Company of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It was updated in 1911 by Finley Robertson Porter to a T-head design which produced 35 HP.
